Department, kindly refer to this letter No. Admin 3-2/2009(CMD)/2678 dated
28.08.2009 on the subject noted above.

Finance Department accords is concurrence to
this enhancement of Judicial and Utility Allowance in respect of staff of
subordinate courts in BS-01 to BS-16 as per following rates with immediate
effect.
