Govt has already issued the notification No. FD.SR.II.9-107/2012 dated 30th
October 2012 in connection with Paternity Leave as well as Maternity Leave for
the Provincial Govt Employees.
The
male servant now can get a leave of maximum period of 7 days on full pay out
side his leave account on or immediately after the birth of his child. Such
leave will only be admissible twice in his entire service.
In
the same way a female Govt servant may get a leave for maximum period of 90
days with full pay outside his leave account at any time immediately before or
after the birth of child and she no need to provide fitness certificate in this
regard for joining the duty.
