Government of The Punjab Finance Department Notification Regarding Upgradation of IT Cadres & Others 19.05.2017

No. FD.PC.40-149/2013. After Up-Gradation of posts of Junior Clerk, Senior Clerk, Assistant, Superintendent, etc. the employees whose posts have not been up-graded are approaching for up-gradation of their posts as well. Therefore, Chief Secretary has been pleased to constitute following Committee for thrashing out and settling all such matters within fortnight positively:

          1.   Additional Chief Secretary                                     Chairman
                2.   Finance Secretary                                                    Member
                3.   Secretary (Regulations), S&GAD                           Member
                4.   Concerned Administrative Secretary                      Member
                5.   Deputy Secretary (PC), Finance Department         Member/Secretary



Meeting of the committee constituted under the Chairmanship of additional chief secretary on demands of employees regarding Up-Gradation of their posts on the analogy of Up-Gradation of Clerical Posts.

I am directed to refer to this department notification of even number dated 19.06.2017 and to state that meeting scheduled for 20.06.2017 has been postponed.

Meeting of the said Committee is scheduled to be held on 23.06.2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Committee Room of Office of Additional Chief Secretary.
