PROVISION OF
DETAILS OF EMPLOYEES WHOSE POSTS HAVE NOT BEEN UP-GRADED
I am directed to
the subject noted above and to inform that Chief Secretary, Punjab has been
pleased to constitute a Committee under the Chairmanship of Additional Chief
Secretary for thrashing out and settling all matters regarding the employees
whose posts have not been up-graded are approaching for up-gradation of their
posts as well.
2. Finance department has asked to place the
demands of employees regarding up-gradation of their posts on the analogy of
up-gradation of clerical posts (i.e. Junior Clerk, Senior Clerk, Assistant,
Superintendent & Stenographers etc.) in the shape of working paper.
3. It is therefore, requested to furnish the
details / requisite working paper regarding employees whose are approaching for
up-gradation of their posts within three days positively for onward submission
to Finance Department for placing the same before the Committee.
